Work authorization: Labor roots
It is a work authorization for non-EU citizens that can be obtained by a foreigner who is in Spain, meeting the following requirements:
- Prove continued stay in Spain for a minimum period of two years.
- Have no criminal record in your country of origin as well as in your previous countries of residence and in Spain.
- Demonstrate the existence of employment relationships whose duration is not less than six months.

European Union citizen certificate
It is a certificate that must be requested by every citizen of the European Union who wishes to be in spanish territory for more than ninety days and to obtain it the requirements established are the following:
- Prove sufficient means of subsistence, through, for example, a work contract, balances in bank accounts, family members who take care of...
- Have health insurance equivalent to the assistance provided by the National Health System, whether public (through S1, as a beneficiary of a spanish citizen, as a self-employed worker in Spain) or private.
